Embossed Silicone Coated Release Paper
Embossed release paper is manufactured by first applying a PE coating – which may be LDPE, HDPE, MDPE or PP – to one or both sides of a base paper. The coated paper is then pressed against a cooling roller to create a grid pattern on its surface, before being finished with a solvent-based silicone coating treatment.
Embossed release paper is produced by first coating one or both sides of base paper with PE materials (including LDPE, HDPE, MDPE and PP). The coated paper is then pressed with a cooling cylinder to create a grid-patterned surface, and is subsequently finished with a solvent-based silicone coating process. This product comes with notable features such as excellent air exhaust performance, sharp and distinct embossed lines, and uniformly formed grid patterns.
