Single Side PE Coated Embossed Air Groove Release Paper is functional patterned release substrate. Base paper is first single-sided PE laminated with LDPE, HDPE, MDPE or PP raw materials. After cooling roller embossing to form regular grid air grooves on surface, the paper proceeds with solvent-based silicone coating for consistent release performance. The embossed groove design reserves exhaust space to eliminate trapped air when attaching adhesives.
